Very happy with my purchase and the guys who installed it. First English speaking workers I had out here in the west coast. It was nice to communicate with the guys about my purchase. Doors windows do not look ghetto like the bars on window these look fantastic and modern - it’s nice to go to bed without thinking who might break in and just if someone gets past these which I don’t think they can it will spare you enough time to make that decision to get into your safe and grab that gun!!

Great addition to my front door. When it’s not 100+ in Vegas, the weather is awesome. In the morning, I like to open the door and air out the house. My new screen door allows me to open the door and not feel someone will be opening the door. My dogs are secure inside the house. The door is not super heavy to feel like a prison. I was surprised how it was light enough to open and close, but sturdy enough to protect my family. What sold me in this company was a video of someone walking full speed into the door. It didn’t move and that was enough for me.

Install took about 90 mins and no gaps around the frame.

I got my boss security screens back in July. Front door and back. Although my doors are beautiful there seems to be lack of response in the office in the payable department. While the tech Denny was installing my door. He damaged my new solar screens I had installed the day before. On my brand new screens. He definitely took time and care with bosses equipment. Which I appreciate. He severely damaged someone else's install. Contacted the company and sent the receipt for the solar screen install. Ruth placed me on hold. Returned and stated a check in the amount of $325, would go out in mail to me soon. Almost 3 months and multiple calls later I have yet to receive my money. I never expected to be dealing with this from such a fine company of professionals. Boss received $2279 deposit and $2279 upon completion. Cashiers check. Waiting for it to clear bank. (Cashiers checks are cash in form of check). I am a senior and it was a lot to make this purchase. It was worth it to me. Even offered to catch paratransit to office to pick up a check. Guess after boss gets their money owing a customer is last on their list. Let's see how long this matter will take to resolve.

Don and his staff with Guardian were super helpful. He under promised and over delivered on the time of manufacturing and installation of the screens. Showed up on time for the install and was quick. It was great to see the teamwork and communication with his staff while doing the install. There was a little hiccup during the install and made the comment that "it was totally unacceptable". Then worked with us to remedy the situation no questions asked. The screens look great!!! Would highly recommend Guardian Security Screens

Great products (we installed the window film and security screen door) but even more importantly they have top notch people who care! Ashly, Garrett and Joel are the dream team with amazing customer service. From the no pressure sales appointment with Joel to the smooth installs of both products, they are so easy to work with. And when my pup decided to test out the newly installed door trapping himself and bending it, Ashly helped to calm me down and was more concerned about the health of my pup assuring me the door could/would be fixed. Garret returned to my home to remove the door and he too was more concerned about my pup and assured me the door would be fixed and not to worry. With constant communication from Ashly, the door was promptly fixed and reinstalled. The amount of care and communication is unrivaled and reason we have and will continue to refer others. Thanks again for everything!

I can’t say enough good things about Guardian Security Screens. I had shopped around and gotten other estimates from businesses around town for security window film, and screens for my home. I then called guardian and they came out to my home and gave me a security assessment. From start to finish Joel had excellent customer service. It was also great to know that the business owner is retired law-enforcement, which made me feel more comfortable about who was coming into my home. Guardian’s prices were competitive and their customer service was beyond exceptional. I had the security film put on last week and it is flawless. Today I had security screens put on the rest of the windows. The technicians that came out were friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the finished work. The security screens matched perfectly and are really beautiful! They’ve added real value to our home and increased my peace of mind when it comes to the security of my family. I want to thank everybody at Guardian for an exceptional experience!
